Privacy Policy

Effective date: 26 August 2026

Last updated: 26 August 2026

Trust Moments is built around a fairly simple idea: if we are asking you to trust us with information about what matters to you in a real-estate decision, we should tell you clearly what we do with that information.

So this Privacy Policy is intended to be read by humans.

The short version is this:

You can browse the public portions of Trust Moments without creating an account. If you create an account and use the personalized features, we collect information about how you use Trust Moments so we can make the service useful to you. We do not sell that information. We do not rent it. We do not provide it to advertising companies to build profiles about you. We do not use it to train third-party AI models.

There is more detail below, but that is the principle we start from.

1. Who we are

Trust Moments is a service of MKTGWEBOPS, LLC, doing business as Trust Moments.

Trust Moments provides real-estate websites, dashboards, communications, and related technology for participating real-estate professionals and their clients.

In this policy, “Trust Moments,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MKTGWEBOPS, LLC and the Trust Moments service.

“Agent” includes a real-estate agent, broker, or authorized member of a participating real-estate organization.

“Buyer” and “seller” refer to people using Trust Moments in connection with a home purchase or sale, whether or not a transaction is ultimately completed.

2. Browsing without an account

You may use public portions of a Trust Moments website without creating an account.

When you browse anonymously, our systems may receive basic technical information necessary to deliver and protect the website, such as:

  • your IP address;
  • browser and device information;
  • the pages or resources requested;
  • timestamps;
  • server and security logs; and
  • information needed to detect abuse, fraud, bots, or other security problems.

We do not require an account merely to view public real-estate information.

Some listing information displayed through Trust Moments comes from real-estate listing services, brokerages, agents, or other licensed data sources. That information is governed by the applicable listing-data agreements as well as by this Privacy Policy.

3. What changes when you create an account

An account unlocks the personalized parts of Trust Moments.

Those features work because Trust Moments remembers what you do.

Depending on the features you use, this may include information such as:

  • your name, email address, telephone number, and account information;
  • homes you save or remove from your saved list;
  • searches you create or save;
  • properties you view and revisit;
  • ratings or reactions you give to properties;
  • features you say you like or dislike;
  • feedback you provide;
  • notes you write;
  • notes or information you choose to share;
  • conversations with your agent through Trust Moments;
  • questions you ask through Trust Moments;
  • email subscriptions and communication preferences;
  • interactions with emails or other Trust Moments communications;
  • search criteria and natural-language searches;
  • preferences you state directly;
  • patterns that may help us understand what properties or features appear relevant to you; and
  • other actions you intentionally take within your account.

That means, yes: when you use the personalized service, we track your activity within Trust Moments.

We do it because remembering those interactions is a core part of the product, not because we want to build an advertising profile about you.

4. Why we collect this information

We use information collected through Trust Moments to provide and improve the service you are using. That may include using it to:

  • remember your saved homes and searches;
  • show you your previous activity;
  • maintain your notes, ratings, and preferences;
  • personalize property information and recommendations;
  • help identify properties or property features that may matter to you;
  • make communications more relevant to your interests;
  • provide subscription and notification services you request;
  • help your real-estate agent understand and respond to your needs;
  • provide buyer, seller, and agent dashboards;
  • maintain conversations and shared information;
  • understand whether Trust Moments features are working as intended;
  • troubleshoot problems;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;
  • comply with applicable law and contractual obligations; and
  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve Trust Moments.

We try to collect information because it has a job to do.

5. Information we infer

Some Trust Moments features do more than store individual clicks or selections. They may look at a combination of actions to help identify patterns.

For example, repeatedly viewing homes with a particular feature, saving properties with similar characteristics, or giving consistent feedback may suggest that a feature matters to you.

These are inferences, not declarations of fact.

Trust Moments may use those inferences to improve your experience, help explain why a home may be worth considering, or help your agent understand what seems relevant to your search.

We do not treat every click as a profound statement about what you want. People browse, change their minds, compare possibilities, and sometimes click things accidentally. Trust Moments is designed with that reality in mind.

6. Your agent and your information

If you are working with a participating real-estate agent, Trust Moments may make information from your account available to that agent when it is appropriate to the service.

That can include information such as your saved properties, searches, expressed preferences, questions, shared notes, feedback, or summaries of your activity.

This is one of the purposes of Trust Moments: to help your agent be more useful without requiring you to repeat yourself every time you interact.

We do not give every user access to every piece of information merely because they use the same platform.

Access depends on the person's role and relationship to the information.

7. What sellers can see

A seller may receive information about how the market is responding to the seller's property.

That does not mean the seller receives a window into individual buyers.

Seller-facing Trust Moments features are designed to use summarized, anonymized, or aggregated information where buyer activity is involved.

We do not intend to show sellers:

  • your identity as an individual buyer;
  • your private notes;
  • private conversations with your agent;
  • a detailed history of your individual browsing behavior;
  • internal preference or scoring data associated with you; or
  • other private buyer information merely because you interacted with the seller's property.

A seller might, for example, learn that buyers appear to be responding positively to a feature, that some buyers have questions about an aspect of the property, or that the listing is receiving meaningful repeat interest.

That is market feedback, not disclosure of an individual buyer's private activity.

8. Notes, sharing, and conversations

Information you enter into private areas of Trust Moments is private unless the feature itself allows you to share it or you otherwise direct us to do so.

For example, Trust Moments may allow you to write a private note and later choose to share that note with another person.

If you use a sharing feature, we use the information needed to make that sharing work.

We will not treat the existence of a sharing feature as permission to publish all of your private information.

Likewise, messages and conversations associated with your account may be available to the people participating in that conversation and to authorized personnel when necessary to provide, secure, support, or troubleshoot the service.

9. Artificial intelligence

Trust Moments uses artificial intelligence and automated processing in portions of the service.

AI may help us:

  • interpret natural-language property searches;
  • organize or interpret property features;
  • identify potentially relevant patterns;
  • summarize information;
  • help explain why a property may or may not fit expressed interests;
  • generate useful communications; or
  • assist with other Trust Moments features.

We use AI as part of providing the Trust Moments service—not as a reason to hand your personal activity to AI companies for their own purposes.

We do not sell or license your personal information, buyer behavior, notes, conversations, or Trust Moments activity to third-party AI providers for model training.

We do not intentionally use your private Trust Moments activity to train third-party foundation models.

When an AI service processes information on our behalf, we select and configure services intended for business use under terms governing how that data may be processed.

AI can also be wrong. Trust Moments uses automated systems to assist people, not to turn an inference into an unquestionable fact.

10. We do not sell your personal information

Trust Moments does not sell your personal information.

We also do not operate a data-broker business, rent user lists, or provide buyer-behavior information to outside companies so they can build advertising profiles about you.

Your interest in a fireplace, acreage, a neighborhood, a particular price range, or anything else you reveal through your home search is not an advertising product we are trying to monetize.

11. Advertising and advertising trackers

At the effective date of this policy, Trust Moments does not use third-party advertising trackers to follow your authenticated activity through the Trust Moments service.

We do not currently use Google Analytics.

We may advertise Trust Moments or participating real-estate services through platforms such as Google or Meta.

Advertising platforms sometimes offer or require website tags, pixels, conversion APIs, or similar technology for campaign measurement.

If we decide to introduce technology that allows an advertising platform to receive information from Trust Moments visitors, we will update this policy and our consent practices before using it in a way that materially changes how your personal information is handled.

We will not quietly convert private buyer activity inside Trust Moments into advertising-network profiling data.

Where legally required, non-essential advertising or tracking technology will be subject to appropriate notice or consent.

12. Website analytics

We may use privacy-conscious tools to understand whether our public website is working well—for example, whether pages load correctly or visitors encounter broken interfaces.

If we use an analytics or session-analysis service, we will evaluate what information that service receives and configure it to minimize unnecessary collection.

Anonymous or aggregated website measurement is different from the personalized buyer activity stored inside a Trust Moments account.

We will not intentionally give an analytics provider access to private buyer notes, conversations, preference histories, or other authenticated information merely for website analytics.

13. Service providers

We use service providers to operate Trust Moments.

A service provider may process information for us when that processing is necessary to provide infrastructure, authentication, email delivery, automation, artificial intelligence, security, hosting, storage, or another part of the service.

Examples may include providers supporting:

  • cloud infrastructure and data storage;
  • account authentication;
  • email delivery;
  • workflow automation;
  • artificial intelligence;
  • security and network services; and
  • licensed real-estate data.

Using a service provider is not the same as selling your information.

We expect providers handling personal information on our behalf to process it for the services they provide to us and subject to applicable contractual and legal restrictions.

Our infrastructure and providers may change as Trust Moments evolves. We may publish or maintain additional information about important service providers or subprocessors.

14. Real-estate listing information

Trust Moments displays property and listing information obtained from participating multiple listing services, brokerages, agents, public sources, or other authorized data providers.

We do not own all of that underlying listing data, and our ability to display, retain, transform, or redistribute it may be governed by separate agreements and rules.

Those restrictions may occasionally affect what information we can display to you, how long we can display it, or how particular features operate.

15. Email and other communications

If you subscribe to Trust Moments communications, we may use your contact information and account context to send the communications you requested.

Depending on the service, those may include property updates, home-search guidance, digests, reminders, or other communications connected with your real-estate activity.

Personalization may use information already associated with your Trust Moments account when doing so makes the communication more useful.

You can manage applicable Trust Moments publication and subscription preferences through the controls we provide.

Certain transactional, account, security, or service messages may still be necessary even if you unsubscribe from optional publications.

16. Cookies and similar technology

Trust Moments may use cookies, local browser storage, authentication tokens, or similar technology when needed to:

  • keep you signed in;
  • maintain security;
  • remember account or interface state;
  • preserve a session;
  • prevent abuse; or
  • provide features you request.

Not every cookie is an advertising tracker.

Where we use non-essential cookies or similar technology that requires consent under applicable law, we will provide the appropriate choice.

17. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Trust Moments, maintain legitimate business and security records, honor the relationship between the user and participating real-estate professional, resolve disputes, and meet legal or contractual obligations.

Different kinds of information may have different retention needs.

We do not want “keep everything forever” to be our retention policy.

We are establishing specific retention and deletion schedules for account information, behavioral activity, communications, operational records, backups, and other Trust Moments data. Those schedules may allow limited retention after account closure where needed for security, fraud prevention, contractual obligations, legal requirements, backups, or dispute resolution.

Where information can be appropriately de-identified or aggregated so that it no longer identifies an individual, we may retain that non-identifying information for analytics, security, research, and service improvement.

18. Deleting or correcting your information

You may ask us to correct or delete personal information associated with you, subject to legal, contractual, security, and technical requirements.

Some information can be changed directly through Trust Moments.

For other requests, contact us using the information at the end of this policy.

Deleting an account may not immediately remove every copy from backups, security logs, transaction records, or systems where limited retention is required. Information remaining for those purposes will not be used simply because it remains technically retained.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request involving personal information.

19. Privacy rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights regarding your personal information.

Those rights may include the ability to request:

  • access to personal information we hold about you;
  • correction of inaccurate information;
  • deletion of certain information;
  • information about categories of personal information collected or disclosed;
  • a portable copy of certain information; or
  • other choices required by applicable privacy law.

Trust Moments does not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Because privacy laws vary by jurisdiction and continue to evolve, some rights apply only in particular circumstances.

California residents: Trust Moments does not sell personal information as that phrase is commonly understood. Our legal counsel will determine whether any additional California-specific disclosures, definitions, opt-out mechanisms, or notices are required under applicable California law.

20. Security

No company can truthfully promise that a system connected to the internet is impossible to breach.

We can promise to take security seriously.

Trust Moments uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Our architecture is designed so that sensitive credentials, private database access, and internal service keys are not exposed through the browser.

Access to authenticated information is limited according to the user's role and the requirements of the service.

If we become aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will investigate it and provide notices as required by applicable law.

21. Government and legal requests

We may disclose information when we are legally required to do so.

Where legally permitted, we intend to notify an affected user of a government or law-enforcement request for their personal information when notification is appropriate and reasonably possible.

We may challenge requests that we reasonably believe are invalid, unlawful, or overbroad.

We may also preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, or safety of Trust Moments, our users, participating real-estate professionals, or others.

22. Business transfers

If Trust Moments or MKTGWEBOPS, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

A corporate transaction is not permission to secretly abandon the commitments in this policy.

If a transaction would result in a materially different use of personal information, we will provide notice as required by law and as described in the policy-change section below.

23. Children

Trust Moments is intended for adults engaged in real-estate activities and is not designed for children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through account features intended for buyers, sellers, or agents.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in circumstances where we should not have done so, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

24. Changes to this policy

Privacy policies should not become permission slips that companies quietly rewrite whenever they want to do something new.

We may update this policy as Trust Moments evolves, laws change, or our service providers and features change.

We will post the current version with its effective date.

For a material change that meaningfully expands how we use personal information, we intend to provide advance notice rather than relying solely on a silently changed web page.

Our goal is to provide at least 30 days' notice before a material change takes effect.

If applicable law requires consent before a new use of personal information, we will obtain that consent.

25. What this policy does not mean

A privacy policy should describe what actually happens.

It should not require you to interpret a paragraph of exceptions to discover that the first sentence was meaningless.

So, for clarity:

We collect information about authenticated use of Trust Moments.

We use it because personalization, saved activity, communication, and buyer-agent context are fundamental parts of the service.

We do not sell that information.

We do not use your private Trust Moments activity to build third-party advertising profiles.

We do not give sellers a dossier on individual buyers.

We do not intentionally provide your private activity to third-party AI companies for model training.

And if we materially change those practices, we will change this policy and tell you—not hide the change in fine print.
